Brittany & Xylon – Hollywood Glam at the Morris Arboretum

Brittany & Xylon brought the Hollywood Glam all the way from Los Angeles to Philadelphia, and it was incredible!! They met on set working in the entertainment industry in California, and have been adventuring the earth together ever since. The colors, the style, the gorgeousness all felt perfect… starting with the epic mansion with beautiful light everywhere, to the lush and flower-filled Morris Arboretum. Brittany and Xylon’s day was full of love in every way. And this bride is beautiful inside and out! There were so many small personal creative touches that were special to see and be a part of. Rebecca & Warren – Pennsylvania Museum of Anthropology

I’m in the mood to spread a little love today. Reflecting on just over a year ago when I had the very awesome privilege of shooting Rebecca & Warren’s wedding at the University of Pennsylvania’s – Museum of Anthropology in Philadelphia. This wedding was nothing short of epic moments throughout the entire day. These two are both such beautiful people, inside and out. I loved their classic and stunning attire. I loved their expressive and amazing friends and family, who are all clearly the most perfect reflection of them. I loved their heartfelt and absolutely jaw dropping beautiful vows, reaching deep into each others’ raw hearts for all of us to hear and see. Laurel & Dan’s Wedding in the Catskills

  Laurel & Dan’s wedding is too lovely not to revisit, and this time of the year is so incredibly beautiful….I wanted to remember it too. Like many of the weddings I shoot, I just wish we could do it all over again and go back to that awesome, magical day. Set in the beautiful Catskill mountains at a private home with a sweet little lily pad pond, these two celebrate their love with all their favorite people. Their ceremony was one of the most heart-felt, emotional ceremonies I have ever witnessed. Everything was so personal, so sweet and so special. I felt so special to be a part of it. Ann Marie & Jon

  When I first met Ann Marie & Jon, their joint wedding email came over as JAM…and when I met them… they explained the acronym that their friends lovingly address them by. I loved it too, and it was hard not to start every email with, “What’s up JAM!?” I also found out they have really good taste in music, have two big awesome dogs, like to run marathons, and take dance lessons.  I knew I was going to have fun with them.   So on a beautiful spring day at the College of Physicians in the middle of Philadelphia these two tied the knot. And there was lots of big smiling. And happy people. And kids in strollers awesomely photo bombing. And crazy…

Kristianna & Brendan

 Talk about a fun couple! Take a look. It all took place in Long Beach Island, NJ where Kristianna & Brendan met many summers ago and fell in love. LBI has a special place in my heart since it’s not only one of my favorite beach towns, but it’s where I shot my first wedding, and fell completely in love with wedding photography. Kristianna & Brendan’s day brought back fond memories of being barefoot on the beach, and running after a joyful couple riding bikes in the sun. Ahhhhhhh, my type of day! Emily & Clay

This post goes out to a very special couple. Emily and Clay are the kind of pair you just love to be around. Their fun, active, healthy, love of the outdoors lifestyle is infectious, and I told them that right from the start. “Let’s be friends!” We had an amazing time shooting their engagement photos all over the city. Then when it came time to capture their wedding, it was one of those days that was so special, so down to earth – maybe because everyone was wearing hiking boots, or maybe just because you were witnessing the real thing.
